The owners of this semi-detached home in Randwick needed more space to accommodate their growing family. The project involved adding a first floor and extending the ground floor living areas, which now open seamlessly onto a private rear courtyard. The front façade, inspired by Nordic design, incorporates features that channel abundant northern sunlight into the ground floor living spaces through an open staircase.
